We have a 30 day return policy. This means that any item(s) to be returned, exchanged or refunded must be sent back at the buyer’s expense within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The original purchase order number or receipt will be required.
It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange if the package is lost or damaged in transit.

Damages:
Upon receipt of your order please inspect item(s) and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective/damaged. Please provide photographic evidence along with the original proof of purchase as soon as possible.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return we will contact you with the decision on of the return. If we deem the product submitted for exchange or return as unsuitable for resale (broken/damaged/chipped/stained/odour ) your request may be denied and the product returned back to you or disposed of properly.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or we will exchange if requested (subject to availability).

Non-returnable Items:
We do not refund or exchange on sale items or gift cards.
